1) What is
Ask Online Deal is online portal that offers you latest coupons & deal for India's most of shopping websites like flipkart, amazon, spandeal etc. Plus it also offers extra cashback on top of coupons and deals. We call it AOD CASHBACK. 

2) What is Active Deal or Get Deal button?
This button will redirect you the landing page of that offer on which you had clicked.

3) How cashback work?
Whenever you buy anything via Ask Online Deal, retailer pays us commission as we refereed you. We simply take small part of it and return most of it back to you as Cashback.

4) What is coupons Code or Promotional Code?
Coupon code or Promotional Code is a code consisting of letters or numbers that consumers can enter into a promotional box on a site's shopping cart checkout page to obtain a discount on their purchase.

5) There was an offer I saw but it no longer on the site. How can I get it?
In some cases the offers given to us by the store are only valid for a limited duration or until promotion lasts. When the offer reaches its expiration date we automatically remove it from our Website and Apps.

6) Where I can find other online stores?
You can find all other online store by clicking on Browse Store button from there we can find all online store alphabetical order.

7) From where I can find the Coupon Code of any deal or offers?
By clicking on Get Code button you will redirected to the offer page of that online store and when you clicked on Get Code button there will a popup dialog box will be open where you can find the code.

8) What is pending cashback?
These are your purchases that we have tracked successfully and are waiting for the retailer to pay us.

9) When does my Cashback get Confirmed?
After the return/cancellation period of your purchase is over, retailers pay us in the next monthly payment cycle. From the time of transaction, it takes 4-12 weeks for cashback to get confirmed.

10) Cashback amount incorrect?
If you feel the cashback amount is incorrect please contact our support team.

11) Missing any Cashback?
If your transaction does not show under Pending Cashback within 3 days, please submit a Missing Cashback ticket. We will then follow-up with the retailer.

12) What is Confirmed Cashback?
These are purchases for which retailer has paid us the money. Cashback can now be paid to you.

13) Why did my transaction fail?
This is most often due to cancelling or returning your purchase or failing to meet the Terms & Conditions for the cashback. Contact us if there are any questions.

14) When do I submit a Missing Ticket?
If your transaction does not show under Pending Cashback / Pending Rewards on the Earnings page within 3 days of purchase, please submit a Missing Ticket.

15) What do I need to submit a Ticket?
You need the date, time, order value of transaction and any reference number. Please provide any other details that might be helpful e.g. name of booking

16) How long does it take to resolve a Missing Ticket?
After we receive your Missing Ticket, we immediately forward this to the retailer. As these transactions are processed outside the normal payment process, it often takes 45-60 days, though usually happens sooner.

17) Why Cashback discontinued?
Amazon policy don't support concept of Cashback on affiliate products. That's why we have comply with their terms and conditions. Thank you for understanding.
